Near the end of an EJA planning session, the teams are given a challenge:

• take apart the project plan and re-examine it until they are confident it is as practical as possible
• re-plan the project with a compressed schedule, forcing the optimum use of time
• learn to adapt to future unexpected changes using the skills of replanning
